Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract concluded with SEODA within fourteen days without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception applies or the right of withdrawal has expired in accordance with applicable law.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement.

You may notify us, for example, by sending a letter by post or by email.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Any electronic withdrawal options required by law also remain available.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you in connection with it without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notification.
We will generally use the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed with you.
You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Services Already Started
If you expressly requested that we begin providing a paid service during the withdrawal period and subsequently validly withdraw from the contract, you may be required to pay proportionate compensation for services already performed, subject to the applicable statutory requirements.
This compensation generally corresponds to the proportion of services performed before we receive your withdrawal notification compared with the total contractual scope.
Such compensation requires compliance with the relevant statutory conditions, including the provision of the necessary advance information and your express request for early performance.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Services
For paid service contracts, the right of withdrawal may expire once the service has been fully performed, provided that, before performance began, you expressly consented to the service starting before the withdrawal period ended and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal would be lost upon full performance.
Merely starting the service does not automatically end the right of withdrawal.
Early Expiry for Digital Content
For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may expire when performance begins if you expressly consented in advance to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged the resulting loss of your withdrawal right, and received the legally required contractual confirmation.
These conditions must actually be met. A provision in the Terms and Conditions alone does not cause the loss of your right of withdrawal.
Where a contract for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium is validly withdrawn from, no compensation is payable for content already supplied.
Subscriptions
Statutory withdrawal rules apply to the relevant paid subscription or ongoing service contract.
Withdrawal must be distinguished from ordinary or extraordinary termination of a subscription.
Purchases from Independent Sellers
This Withdrawal Policy applies to contracts in which Fahrettin Tireki, as the operator of SEODA, is the service provider and contractual partner.
Any right of withdrawal relating to a domain, website or digital project purchased from an independent seller is governed by the relevant purchase agreement and applicable law.
